Delta Aquatics Food Drive 2025 Help us make a splash for the Kendall County Community Food Pantry! We’re bringing back a Delta tradition! From 2007–2011, our team collected thousands of food items to help local families in need, and we’re excited to revive that spirit of giving this season. Delta Aquatics would like to recognize Anthony Cella Jr. for completing his Eagle Scout project by giving back to the team. A year ago, Anthony approached Coach Jessica and Coach Temo about using his project to support Delta. With Coach Temo’s feedback, Anthony spent weeks planning, preparing, and organizing the materials and volunteer help needed to bring his vision to life. This weekend’s World Cup in Westmont was an incredible opportunity to watch some of the best swimmers in the world race up close, and to see one of our own, Josh Turner, take the blocks alongside them. Watching world-class athletes offered a front-row look at how refined technique, efficiency, and execution separate great swimmers from good ones. A few things stood out right away: Underwaters were the difference-maker. Join us for picture day and pancakes on Saturday, November 8! We will have a pancake breakfast this morning from 8:45-10:15am, please join us! Parents will be able to pick up their vounteer shirts as well on this day.
