Team Picture Day!

Join us for picture day and pancakes on Saturday, November 8! We will have a pancake breakfast this morning from 8:45-10:15am, please join us! Parents will be able to pick up their vounteer shirts as well on this day.

The Delta Team picture will be done just like previous years, where each swimmer will have their photos taken individually and the photographer will put them all together for a team photo in the end.  (The team photo in the picture is from 2007!)

Bring: your swimmer and team suit (for individual pictures), no caps or goggles needed. Bring their Orange Crush Shirt to wear for the team photo.

What is the schedule on this day?
Door #1 will be open at 8:30am for swimmers and parents to enter. 

Senior → 8:30am pictures
Senior Prep & Senior Flex → 8:45am pictures
Advanced → 9:15am pictures
Developmental → 9:45am pictures 
Fundamental 1 & 2 → 10:15am pictures 
Exporing → 10:15am pictures

Pancake breakfast --> 8:45am - 10:15am

What if I can’t attend? If your swimmer can attend at any point between 8:30-10:15am please bring them for their picture. We will not have a make up date. 

How do I order? Starting October 27, the envelopes will be on a table in front of the Delta bulletin board for parents to pick up or swimmers to grab on their way out of the pool after practice.  PLEASE make sure you grab one ahead of picture day, it makes everything flow much better on the day. 

Ordering Explanation from Photographer:
Any parents who want to order photos, please fill out the paper order form and include payment. Cash or a check made out to Brian Freitag goes in the envelope.  They will also have cash change for the parents that bring a $20 for a $16 package. 

Have the child bring the order form with payment with them on picture day and they will bring it to the photographer and turn it in then. If a parent wants to do a sibling photo AND individual portraits of each child then they need 3 forms, one for sibling A, one for sibling B and one for them together. This ensures the correct package gets printed of the correct photo. 
 
If a parent does not wish to order or doesn't turn in a form they will still take a portrait so the swimmer can be included in the team photo. They do have the option to order online later but then there is shipping and online fees as well. Therefore it is much better to order on picture day.
