Delta Achieves Level 3 Club Recognition Status!

USA Swimming has just notified us that Delta Aquatics is now considered a "Level 3" Club in their Club Recognition program.  This is a tremendous achievement for Delta, as less than 10% of all clubs in the country have achieve this level. In fact, we are only th 9th team in Illinois to achieve this recognition!

The Club Recognition Program is composed of hundreds of developmental benchmarks for the Athletes, Coaches, Parents and the business. These requirements are designed to develop strong, stable, financially sound organizations that are athletically productive.  Some of these requirements include:

• swimmer performance such as IMX participation and rankings

• swimmer development activities at all levels

• measurements for coach education as well as the contribution made by the Delta coaching staff to the sport as a whole

• volunteer management and parent officials
