What are Competitive Stroke Clinics?
Competitive Stroke Clinics are offered periodically from the Delta Aquatics coaching staff. Each clinic will focus on a particular aspect of competitive swimming. Some camps may focus on starts and turns while others may focus mainly on stroke technique.
