Summer 2012

Looking for some additional off season training to get you ready for the upcoming high school season? Look no further!

The Delta Aquatics Diving Academy offers a summer-long training session specifically designed for high school divers or someone that will be starting high school diving next year. This program is designed with an emphasis on one meter springboard diving. Practice will be held that the Oswego East Natatorium which has all of the tools available to effectively and efficiently teach the skills needed for advancement. This program is coached by Oswego Diving Head diving Coach Bob Provost. This program is limited to 10 participants so register now to save your spot!

Schedule: June 11th - July 18th

Practice Time:Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 7:00-9:00
